Our Breakfast
Our breakfast has a history of knowledge and refinement developed over the years. We look for and we use for 85% local products – when it’s possible – and we strive to follow the seasons trying to respect the cycle of nature. For this reason it may happen that you’ll find fruits with imperfection and pretty “ugly”.
We only use crystal glasses, hand-painted fine porcelain, antique coffee pots and unique kitchen equipment. An attention to details will welcome you every morning to start the day at the best.
