Two Suites. Each with its own personality, its own story-and yes, its own quirks. The king Suites has an antique cast-iron bathtub. Beautiful, original, and not entirely comfortable. That’s the point. The Queen Suite has a shower you reach climbing seven steps. Because this house was never built to be a hotel. No TV’s. Fee Wi-Fi. Adults Only.

A FEW FREQUENTLY QUESTIONS
We are pretty rural and public transport is limited (there isn’t during the evening). If you want to explore the Lago Maggiore area and go to the restaurants it’s worth’s having a car.
We are really sorry but we don’t allow any pets. We love dogs, but we found uncomfortable for dogs and guests having a pets in the house.
The mansion it’s for adults only. We haven’t a space for kids and the uniqueness of the house is unsuitable for children.
Absolutely NOT. We like to spoil you to see you happy.
